Plans and tariffs

How does the credit system work?

For Pro and Premium plans, credits are renewed monthly according to the plan. Unused credits roll over to the next month.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We use Stripe to process payments.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Unused credits will be available within 30 days since the date of canceling your subscription.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your Pro plan at any time. The new plan will be effective from the date of the upgrade. Unused credits will be added to the new plan. If you have a Premium plan and need more credits - you can contact us by email support@deelvin.com.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Sure! Specify how many credits per month you need and the next payment will be charged according to the new plan.
